Liberty Mark Law is a boutique firm based in Franklin Park, Pennsylvania, focusing on family law and business law. On the family law side, we handle divorce, custody, co-parenting, support, collaborative law, mediation, and protection from abuse. On the business law side, we work with business owners on transactions, sales, succession planning, buy-sell agreements, trademark matters, and family business transitions. We also handle basic Estate Planning matters, from living wills to powers of attorney.
The best way to find out is to schedule a consultation. We work with individuals and families navigating significant personal and business transitions, and we take the time to understand your specific situation before recommending a path forward. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.
We are located at 2605 Nicholson Road, Suite 2103, Sewickley, PA 15143. Our office is directly off the 79 Wexford Exit. Please note that when you arrive at the office park, GPS and Google Maps may direct you to Building 1. Our office is in Building 2. Please pay close attention to the building numbers when you pull in and head to Building 2.
Yes. We offer an initial consultation to discuss your situation and help you understand your options. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, get a sense of how we work, and determine whether Liberty Mark Law is the right fit for your needs. There is a consultation fee, which reflects the preparation our attorneys do in advance of your meeting, including an initial review of your situation and the time spent during consultation. This is not a sales meeting–it is a legal strategy session. We want to make sure the time you spend with us is as informed and productive as possible from the very first conversation. Even if you do not retain us, you will leave having been educated about your legal issue.
