Want to keep growing without needing to compete with the person next to you.
-
Appreciate that serious work can still happen in a workplace with warmth, humor, and perspective.

A convenient Franklin Park location at an office you’ll actually enjoy coming to: just off I-79 at the Wexford exit, with free parking. Our modern office is bright, comfortable, and intentionally designed for how we actually work; with private offices, collaborative spaces, comfortable meeting areas and none of the dark wood paneling you might expect from a traditional law firm. And it's purple.
-
Firm social events and team outings: or, as we like to call them, field trips.

What Collaborative Law Is Not
Why Join Liberty Mark Law?
Liberty Mark Law is a place where you can do some of the best work of your career, and build a career you actually enjoy. You’ll find meaningful work, professional development, flexibility, strong support and the opportunity to have a real impact on a growing firm.
We review applications on a rolling basis. Please send your resume and a brief note about why this role interests you to careers@libertymarklaw.com. We read everything we receive. All applications will be kept confidential except for references.
Liberty Mark Law is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or veteran status.
Liberty Mark Law is a boutique family and business law firm based in Franklin Park, Pennsylvania. We do thoughtful, serious legal work for people navigating some of the most consequential transitions of their lives.
We are also building the kind of law firm we want to work in.
That means being intentional about the clients we serve, the people we hire, the systems we build and the culture we create. We are small and growing, which means every person here has an opportunity to contribute, not just the work on their desk, but to what the firm becomes.
If you are looking for a place where your work matters and your judgment is trusted, we would love to hear from you.

What It Is Like to Work Here
We are intentionally non-traditional in many aspects of law firm life. We don’t believe “that’s how law firms have always done it” is a good enough reason to keep doing something. We want to keep what is valuable about the profession, the rigor, the standards, mentorship, excellent client service, and commitment to doing good work, while leaving behind the traditions, hierarchies, and expectations that have made legal workplaces unnecessarily rigid or unhealthy.
We are building a culture centered on trust, transparency, collaboration, good judgment, professional growth and the willingness to keep asking whether there is a better way.
This isn’t a low expectation environment. It’s a different kind of high-expectation environment, one where people can be challenged, supported, trusted and still enjoy coming to work. We believe that high standards and a healthy workplace can coexist. There’s room for personality, humor, curiosity and being human.
We are not a high-volume, churn-it-through kind of firm. We take on clients we can serve well, and give their matters the attention, strategy and care they deserve. We expect excellent work, sound judgment, and accountability to our clients and to one another.
We also believe people do their best work in an environment where they are trusted to think. Collaboration here is more than a word on a values page. We share ideas, ask for second opinions, teach what we know, and step in when someone needs help. We value people who can work independently but without operating in a silo.

We aren’t looking for people who are exactly like us. We are looking for people who will add something to us.
